This is delicious, easy and marvelous. I added far less cumin, and would suggest that a pinch makes it best -- lets the other flavours come through. I added grated ginger and lemon juice and it was even better. I served it with quinoa made with onions fried until dark brown and garlic. Can't wait to have it again.
