This is delicious, easy and marvelous. I added far less cumin, and would suggest that a pinch makes it best -- lets the other flavours come through. I added grated ginger and lemon juice and it was even better. I served it with quinoa made with onions fried until dark brown and garlic. Can't wait to have it again.
Great dish and very easy to make. My friends loved it and wanted the recipe after I made it the first time.
