I brought this to a pot luck lunch and got a lot of compliments on it. I loved it too and will definitely make it again!

I did not like the dressing, bland only tasted the olive oil. I did however love the spinach, with pears, cranberries, pecans. Great combination. I used balsamic vinagrette instead. It was great. I will make it again.
