    I am a Chef/foodie/lemon lover - These are GREAT! Most of my private clients enjoy my "traditional lemon bars" and now I can give them a healthy treat. I am going to cook the crust a bit more. Otherwise it is delicious.

    Good but a bit too sweet. Needs more of a tart taste, but it was easy to prepare and quick.
