  • I was going to try this recipe but after reading reviews I realized you never updated recipe for baking info as mentioned in previous posts over a year ago. When you do, I'll try it. I can't waste food like this.

  • I've yet to make the recipe because there is no baking information: no temperature, do you grease the pan? I would suggest your kitchen take recipe-writing classes. Basics should always be included. It has been six weeks since these problems were reported by other readers but no one has updated the recipe! That is sloppy attention to details.

  • Lawrence, KS disappointed to see that when i arrived home and had measured my sour cream & applesauce, let my butter soften that i had no temperature and no amount of flour needed for this recipe. I called a friend who told me 350 and 2 cups of flour. I cooked it at 325, used 2 cups of flour for 45 mins. I'd rate it a C overall.

  • Thank you for responding to my email. Will look for the addition of the temperature and if the bundt pan should be greased or ungreased. Going by the other rating, I upped the temp to 375 degrees. The coffee cake was very good and my husband liked it very much.

  • An oven temperature would have really helped. I cooked it for 45 minutes on 350 and all I got was mush. Let you know how it tastes when its done cooking...
