It was horrid! All I could taste was the tofu. I gagged when drinking it. Maybe I did something wrong but I followed the recipe exactly.

I am a little cncerned with the relatively high fat content-6grms. Is this because of the Tofu? I found the drink refreshing and decidedly yummy.
