I got quite a workout mixing the dough, but it was totally worth it! I've never baked my own bread before, although I remember heling Mom do it whenI was little, but this turned out better than the Artisan breads I buy at Whole Foods! Very tasty, and the whole grains & olive oil are perfect for my low-cholesterol diet!
I LIKED THIS RECIPE. IT IS ABIT DRY. NEXT TIME I WILL USE LESS FLOUR. ONCE YOU EAT A SLICE YOU CAN NOT STOP.
