I love this recipe!! I recommend adding half a can of tuna into the salad after you make the individual servings! It's such a great recipe and the veggies with the noodles and yogurt and mayo make it superb! The sugar, salt and pepper make a difference! I used whole wheat macaroni noodles, veggie spirals, and whole wheat tubed noodles. Experiment with different kinds!!
