Why would you make so much crepe batter to the cut out 5, count them 5, 3 inch rounds? I don't know who would go to so much trouble for a stack 3 inches in diameter cut then into 6 wedges. What are you doing with the rest of the crepe that was originally at least 8 inches in diameter? I suppose you are discarding it. Such waste is unforgivable.
And what does the photograph beside the "featured dish" item in the email have to do with the recipe itself???
