This is a preposterous amount of work and effort for 1/6th of a 3 inch stack!!! It is an unreasonable serving size as well.
Why would you make so much crepe batter to the cut out 5, count them 5, 3 inch rounds? I don't know who would go to so much trouble for a stack 3 inches in diameter cut then into 6 wedges. What are you doing with the rest of the crepe that was originally at least 8 inches in diameter? I suppose you are discarding it. Such waste is unforgivable. And what does the photograph beside the "featured dish" item in the email have to do with the recipe itself???
This recipe was easy to put together and really tasted great. The crepe recipe can be used with a myriad of fillings, so it is very adaptable. Enjoy!
