  • very quick, chops were juicy and full of flavor. the dijon is not at all over whelming, the flavors blend very well. cooking apples though seems to be a delicate process though, i will slice thicker next time, so not to over cook.

  • My family loved this recipe. I didn't cook the chops in the sauce. Since it was the first time for us to taste it, I thought it would be better to make the sauce after the pork chops were done cooking. I didn't have a golden delicious apple, so I used a red delicious. Also, I didn't have the entire amount of sour cream, so I added lite cream cheese. When I make this in the future, I will still make the sauce in the pan after I take out the cooked pork chops.

  • I love this recipe, it is very similar to one prepared by a restaurant near by. I must admit I added a small amount of flour to make the sauce a little richer. Lately I've have trouble with non-fat sour cream, so I added about three tablespoon half and half. We like the apples as the garnish, but suggest only a few on the side for fun. We will make this again!

  • My whole family enjoyed this recipe. I served it with brown rice. One must be prepared to give sometimes on flavor when preparing healthy dishes. Certainly this dish would have tasted richer with higher fat, higher calorie ingredients. Still, it was delicious "as is." The recipe could have used more sauce. We spooned the sauce on the brown rice and it was used up quickly. I will prepare this again.

  • This recipe was very delicious. I changed it up a little though. I omitted the thyme, and substituted spicy brown mustard (1 tsp) for the dijon. I did not have pork chops, so I used a pork loin, cut into medalions, about 1/2 inch thick. Very tender, and the sauce was the perfect balance! Thanks

  • I would not recomend this recipe at all. The pork was the only good part of this dish. My family had to scrape off the sauce and apples in order to eat it. Before making this pleaes make sure you are a dijon and tyme fan otherwise don't waste your time!

  • I originally made this recipe under the impression that my husband likes Dijon sauce. Apparently I was wrong, but he liked it anyway. The sauce was a little on the strong side, but good flavor over all.
