Simple and elegant!! I have been broiling Salmon for years and years... for a little variety, sprinkle with a lemon pepper mix, garlic pepper or old bay seasoning...but be sure to read the labels if you are watching your sodium intake.

It is absolutely delicious. I like salmon anyway, but broiling it with the oil on it makes it a little crispy and oh so good!!!!
