What a find! This has become my favorite chicken recipe. It is quick, ridiculously simple, and has huge payoffs. I have made this for company and received raves. Everyone I make this dish for requests the recipe. You can follow the recipe exactly; it is perfect.

My husband loved this recipe! I served it with a salad and some whole wheat pasta. It was easy and quick to prepare, and tasted very rich.

This was wonderful. Easy. I didn't put it in the broiler as I don't have a working one, so I just put the cheese on top and it melted.
