Peeling the squash is the hardest part of the recipe. This is an unusual combination of tasty ingredients. The squash is a little sweet flavor mixed with the tang of the vinegar. It's a light refreshing pasta dish. I shared it with a friend who loved it right off. My family was split likes and not so much.

The flavors were very good but pasta and squash did not work well together. Maybe because I used a whole wheat pasta.
