The flavor of the mixture is outstanding, the slightly spicy oregano adds a magic touch! However, I could not get the "pancake" part of the potato pancake. No matter what I did, my pancakes would not stay together :( Instead, I ended up making hash browns...always a silver lining. In addition, I do not think that the time listed is accurate. I was in the kitchen for over an hour and I even bought ready to cook grated potatoes from the grocery store. Leave yourself extra time if you are going to make this recipe.
