There is way too much water in this recipe. It came out more like a soup. The flavours were great though. The next time I make it I will forget the water altogether, add about 1/2 to 3/4 cup orange juice, and bake it. Tzimmes should be chunky, gooey, with the vegetables soft but not dissolving. I will certainly give it another try.
