  • Yummy! I'll have to try the ginger and peanut butter additions recommended in reviews as well! Easy and tasty for a summer treat!

  • Love this recipe. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of grated ginger and 2 tbsps of smooth peanut butter and it is delicious. My husband does not normally like tofu and he eats this and enjoys it!
