Great recipe, although since it's Girl Scout cookie time right now, I have to mention my love for the original Trefoil shortbread too:-) If you don't have time to make this delicious recipe from scratch, the neighbor girls pointed my to http://www.GirlScoutCookies.org to find when and where troops are selling the delicious treats nearest me. (Don't forget they support invaluable Girl Scout programs throughout the U.S. and its territories, so enjoy a few Trefoils while you're on a shortbread kick;-)
