This is a real good recipe, but what I do with it is either add some either fresh or cooked spinach (with no sauce). Sometimes I add chopped green peppers and/or chopped onions. You can really go far without adding alot of calories to this meal.

Great, quick, easy, yummy recipe. I added a slice of fat free cheese! :)
