Delicious! Only had vegetable broth so used that, very rich flavor. Will definitely make again.

This pilaf was moist and almost creamy, like a risotto. An extremely easy and versatile side dish. I oftentimes add leftover brown rice to a plain green salad the next day to add some bite -- this would taste marvelous.

Nice alternative to steamed rice or pasta - flavor would complement many dishes - I made it to accompany a Greek-marinated chicken breast & served sauteed asparagus w/ it. Nice, summery, flavorful, but not too bland.
