Wonderful! I loved these so much. Lots of texture and plenty of flavor without the fat from the butter. I made these in no time at all. The dill really tops the flavor off I made them with the BBQ pork chops and Spinach, the plate looked so colorful. I will make these again!

I didn't have red onion so used "regular" yellow onion. I sauted the onion in a small fry pan sprayed with "Pam" before adding, it made the onion flavor meld more with the other ingredients. We loved it. I would also consider using thinly sliced green onion, including some of the tops, in place of the red onion.
