Very Easy recipe. Salmon stays very moist. Good recipe for summer, since the salmon is served cool.

Quick, easy, and I use a cast iron skillet. Actually, I use cast iron for everything!!

Used Copper River Salmon and found this meal low in calories as well as moist and delicious.
