Great risotto recipe which was very tasty. I'm vegetarian so I used the vegetable stock instead of chicken. I served it with some steamed asparagus on top (because it's in season here) then the remainig parmesan & sun-dried tomatoes on top of this. Great recipe, thanks!
I cannot figure out how to rate a recipe after I"ve tried it. For example you just sent this one and I haven't had time to try it so how could I rate it? On the other hand I have just tried he spinach mushroom lasagne that you sent a while ago and would be happy to rate it (4 spoons) but cannot figure out how to do it. Help!
