There seem to be better recipes out there. The flavor was great, but mine were hollow in the middle and a little too chewy on the bottom. I'd think baking them at a lower temp for longer and possibly leaving them in the oven once it's turned off would help dry them out. It was okay, but I'll try others next.

These cookies were perfect when I needed something chocolate. They're delicious and low in both fat and sugar, guilt-free! I added walnuts to mine and they were perfect!

VERY good cookies, and so guilt free! The only change I'd make would be more cocoa - they weren't chocolatey enough for me. They are a hit at parties, and so easy to make. Only problems are that they are difficult to transport because they are so delicate.

It was a very simple and easy recipe. My only problem was that the top of the cookie seemed to separate from the bottom lump of meringue.
