Yummy. Instead of beef I used canned black beans. Also, I happend to have a small can of chipotle peppers (Goya or some such brand) that saved a few steps. Careful, they're hot!
I was hesitant to try this because of the work involved in the preparation, but it was worth it! The flavor was terrific, with just the right amount of "spicy-ness."
