I just steamed the veggies in water - not stock. Came out delicious! I also added a red bell pepper to the mix. Loved it, and will make it again.

Very good and will definitely fix again. Will double or even triple the amount of veggies though.

I loved this! It was so easy and tasty and I didn't even use the stock. Good quality parmesan and fresh basil really make this fantastic.
