I love scallops & Risotto, so I just had to try this recipe. It was very good, but I didn't find that the sauce & the risotto blended well together. It would have been better (and easier) if the sauce & scallops were served over angel hair pasta, or even rice. This would also reduce the calories & fat content of this recipe as well. I'll definitely make it again, but with this change in mind.
