Tons of flavors meld in your mouth. I substituted canned black beans to speed things up. I then added the cayanne pepper and cumin to the oil/vinegar. Due to the high fiber, this salad is very filling.

I doubled this recipe and took it to a pot luck BBQ. It was devoured in minutes! Try "toasting" the Cumin and Cayanne before adding to the dressing.
