  • Excellent in taste, easty to make, love the use of blueberries and fruit in general. Can you give me other recipes using the various fruits in season now? Low fat, low calories, low sodium and little sugar.

  • REPLY TO SUE SCHNETZER (concerned about sugar values). I haven't yet tried this recipe either, but intend to based on the nutritional quality of the ingredients. In terms of diabetic (or Weight Watcher) exchanges, the sugar value of this recipe equates to (approx) 2 bread and 1 protein (ie: 15 gm carbs = 1 bread exchange and 7 gm protein = 1 protein exchange). Hope that helps.

  • Hello ... I actually haven't tried the recipe as yet. I try to watch sugar intake and was wondering if you could furnish the sugar grams in the recipe.
