Generally this is not all that bad an idea, although I have my biases. As an Italian-American, generally three bean salad is red, white and green; i.e., garbanzos, green beans, and red kidneys. Certain subs are alright. But, as a conscientious eater, why would I add corn syrup AND cider vinegar. I agree with another reviewer, why make it so sweet? If I were to glaze it in a pan and then cool-- well...maybe. Just the vinegar itself is low-cal and sufficient. Watch sodium content however. Also, why add in these extra calories here and now, when it can be afforded later when its more "fit" and appropriate?

Way too sweet and uses corn syrup, a high glycemic index product
