  • Generally this is not all that bad an idea, although I have my biases. As an Italian-American, generally three bean salad is red, white and green; i.e., garbanzos, green beans, and red kidneys. Certain subs are alright. But, as a conscientious eater, why would I add corn syrup AND cider vinegar. I agree with another reviewer, why make it so sweet? If I were to glaze it in a pan and then cool-- well...maybe. Just the vinegar itself is low-cal and sufficient. Watch sodium content however. Also, why add in these extra calories here and now, when it can be afforded later when its more "fit" and appropriate?

  • Way too sweet and uses corn syrup, a high glycemic index product
