    This was absolutely fabulous! I will serve this dish the next time we entertain-- the flavors are wonderful, and it's so easy-- the onions and rhubarb can be made ahead, which gives you time to socialize with guests. 1st class dish!

    I switched things up a little - I grilled the tenderloin and roasted the onions. The combination of flavors was wonderful. I can't wait to serve it to guests.
