I am anxious to make this cake but also wonder why strawberries are listed in the ingredients. Are they a part of the cake? Waiting for your reply. Thanks!

I looked over the ingrediants before I decided to make it and wondered why you listed one pint of strawberries in the cake ingredients list. Is it because you can substitute them for the lemon? Thanks for your speedy reply I would really like to make this today. Ms.Patricia Bohacek
