Rustic Fresh Blueberry Peach Tart

  • I used a frozen pie shell. Baked it for forty minutes--until crust is golden brown. I topped it--necessary--with vanilla ice cream, otherwise it is too dry. I used fresh blueberries, peaches and strawberies--a delightful combination. It MUST have a topping of some sort--ice cream-etc.

  • If you like peaches and blueberries this is awesome! Also tried it with strawberries.YUM
