This one is amazing and I'm not saying it because I'm Greek! I tried it this weekend, it's very easy, delicious, low-fat and most important of all, it made me realize that being on a diet can be tasty and fun! You put all your talents in creating a food and voila! No more "just grilled or boiled chicken"!!
