I'm always looking for different vegetable recipes. This one is a winner!! I feel like I am in a fine restaurant eating a fall bisque. I used half chicken broth and half Land 0 Lakes fat free half- and -half in place of the milk because I have difficulty with dairy. This recipe is wonderful.
