Perfect with slices of Spanish ham (jamon) - like prosciutto, but much better, or other sliced Mediterranean cold cuts (chorizo, pepperoni, mortadella, salame, etc) or cheeses (Manchego, tetilla, dry jack, etc). Also great with crusty sourdough!
