The next time I make this I would use half of the salt, 1/2 teaspoon makes it fairly salty.

Excellent, the best rice pudding I have ever made. I did add a little more sugar than the recipe called for.

I don't like eggs in my rice pudding. This recipe brings in the texture without the eggs.
