This dish was very simple to make. However, I added Greek seasoning to the chops to add more flavor, since I had a hard time finding fresh mint. The cucumber sauce was delicious and easy to prepare, too. I served the chops with warm hummus sprinkled with paprika, a Greek salad (mixed greens with feta cheese on top), jasmine rice and pita squares. My husband raved about the meal. I'lll make it again. No doubt.
