Took a long time for prep. Bake eggplant, 45 min. cool eggplant to touch, 1 hour. drain eggplant of liquid, 1 hour. The n the prep time is 10-15 minutes! Not that special for the effort it took. My family didn't like it very much. Lots of leftovers.
