I had some problems with this recipe. For starters, it calls for half and half in the ingredients, but isn't included in the recipe. Secondly I found it to be very visually unappealing. Finally, all of the excess chicken broth drowned out the coconut flavor. I have read and read it several times to see if I missed something, but I didn't. The flavors were great so I will probably make it again but will make a few changes.

This was a quick and easy recipe. It had a spicy and flavorful taste. I will definitely make this dish again.
