  • this is a great recipe. asparagus is best with alittle bite to it. if you want some more flavor try lemon zest and garlic sliced very thin.

  • This is the best way to eat asparagus. I've made this for people who don't even like asparagus, and they loved it! You don't want to overcook it or it becomes mushy--it's best when crisp!

  • This recipe can be great with a few changes: Increase the oven temperature to 500 (so you really roast the asparagus) and cook for 30 minutes. Another time, I sliced up 2 potatos (1/4" thin) and roasted them with the asparagus.
