this is a great recipe. asparagus is best with alittle bite to it. if you want some more flavor try lemon zest and garlic sliced very thin.

This recipe can be great with a few changes:
Increase the oven temperature to 500 (so you really roast the asparagus) and cook for 30 minutes.
Another time, I sliced up 2 potatos (1/4" thin) and roasted them with the asparagus.

This is the way I have prepared aspargus for years. Steamed is second to this preperation.
