This time I added cubes of extra firm tofu and left the whole pot chunky. This is my favorite soup!

Good combination, leeks are great, misso is good healthy food, maybe too much salt. I don't like the sweet potatoes here.

Far Too salty !!!! I cook for myself. I never heard of miso; what is it? I'd cut the salt to 1/4th and add a shake or two if needed. I prefer to cook simplistic recipes. Au naturelle!

the sweet potatoes and leeks really make this a very special soup the ginger spices it up
