Tomato Soup with Basil-Parmesan Cream

Maybe it's because I used regular tomatoes, but the soup was too runny and the flavor wasn't great either.

I absolutely love this recipe! I did make one change. Instead of adding a dollop of the sour cream and parmesan cheese mixture after the soup was made, I decided to puree it along with the soup. It turned out great.
