I was in the mood for a warm tasty fall treat for my family. My children love to help me cook and we had been to the mountains and gotten apples at harvest time. This is a terrific recipe for snack on a weekend afternoon or after school treat, a dessert to take to your next book club meeting or even great at breakfast or for brunch.
