My family enjoyed this recipe, but I had to get a little creative with it - you may notice that the ingredient "apple cider" appears in the instructions but NOT in the ingredient list. Since I did not know how much to use, I'm not sure that the tarts turned out exactly as intended. They were tasty just the same, and are great with fat-free vanilla ice cream on top!
