My whole family loved it!, I'm only 19 years old and I found it so easy to prepare and cook, plus I love sun-dried tomatoes and New Zealand salmon so I couldn't resist this recipe, you have just got to try it otherwise your missing out on a lot.

Easy, awesome and flavorful. I served over spinach fettucine with fresh tomato slices on the side for a colorful presentation. Even my teenagers enjoyed it!

Great recipe! Combines some of my favorite flavors - balsamic vinegar & sundried tomatoes - and my favorite fish. Very easy to make and very flavorful. I'll definately make it again.

Easy, but good enough for company. I liked the slightly sweet taste from the balsamico and the smokey flavor from the sun-dried tomatoes - very italiana!
