This recipe ROCKED! It was super easy to make, it smelled wonderful while baking and was very enjoyable. The combination of garlic, parsey and breadcrubs on the tomatoe tasted like something you would get from a fine Italian Rest but was SO easy to make it was almost criminal. I will be pulling this one out for company because I can't wait to hear their reactions. Made the whole house smell like a pizza place! :)

There is just two of us so I cut the recipe in half and it worked out great
