This was wonderful. I did make some improvments. I used marinated artichokes (2) I'll try regular next time. Canned diced tomatoes. Red wine,chicken stock,pinch of sugar, dashes of maggi,torn spinach leaves, and a little butter. Next time I will serve the fettuccine in a bowl and then pour the sauce over it topped with the cheese.I thickend the sauce a little. Olives might be a nice addition too. Now I have to deal with portion control!
