I never cook with salt....notice a lot of your recipes call for salt. My portobello sandwich recipe that I fix, uses fresh herbs instead.

Very easy to make. I did as suggested and did steps 2 and 3 ahead of time. Also prepared the bread earlier and then just had to grill the mushrooms to serve. My vegetarian daughter loved it!
