First making it seemes a bit complicated, however 1 run through and its simple. And a great party app. Very tasty and I substituted the spinach with Arugula and it was excellent.

This was a tasty recipe that even my scared-of-eggplant dad loved! The sauce was a tad too runny for my liking though - it had excellent flavour but wouldn't stay put!

This is a very easy recipe to follow as well as make. It took hardly any time at all. I love that you include the pertinent info on calories, etc. It realy helps me stay on my diet. Thank you
