Excellent choice! I couldn't find apple cide concentrate at the commissary overseas so I bought apple cider beverage (dried powder) instead. I made the "drink" as instructed and then used the liquid. Also, I couldn't find the horseradish either so I used Grey Poupon dijon mustard which also has horseradish in it. I did brush a little cider vinegar on it as well so the meat would be very tender. It turned out very well.

I love the recipe. It's easy to understand, don't need many ingrediants (spelling??) and it taste great!!!
