While it has an excellent texture and good flavor, I did have some questions about the recipe. I made a cookie crust for it and the size of the pan wasn't noted. I used a 9 in. round. It took me over 2 hours to bake, no the 50 minutes as noted in the directions. I kept checking to make sure that I didn't over bake.
